Two kids, a distributed team across three time zones, and exactly sixty minutes between the 7am standup and the 9am review.
She does Hyrox, which is the closest thing the sport world has built to what her life already demands: run, carry, run, push, run. No specialising. No warm-up hour.
Six hours a week is what exists. Not eight, not the twelve that every programme she has ever downloaded assumes. Six. So every one of them has to do something, and nothing in the hour can be wasted — including the first ten minutes, which is why she stopped taking anything that needed to be timed forty-five minutes out.
The part nobody markets to: she is not trying to peak. She is trying to still be doing this at fifty. That changes what she is willing to put in her body on a Tuesday, and it changes how she reads a claim.
She has a technical job and reads the evidence the way she reads a spec. Vague benefits language doesn't move her. A number she can check does.
What she needs from a label: honesty about what the evidence supports, stated plainly, so she can make her own call in the ninety seconds she has to make it.
